What is Say Less Office?
Say Less Office is the back office for solo social media managers running multiple clients with no team and no VA. It takes the client sign-offs, the follow-ups, and the "where does this post stand" tracking off your plate, so you're not the thread holding every client together and you can spend your time on the creative work.
Your workspace
Your workspace is where you'll spend most of your working time. From here you can:
- Plan a client's whole month on a shared calendar where posts, ideas, and events (like a launch date or a holiday) all live next to each other
- Send drafts to a client for review in their portal
- Get an email when your client comments, approves, or asks for changes on a post. Say Less Office also chases the client automatically if a post has been sitting waiting on review for too long
- See which posts have been waiting on client feedback for more than a couple days
- Draft a post and adjust the caption or media separately for each platform it's going to
Everything you see in your workspace is private to you.
Your clients' portals
Each client gets their own portal. It's where they'll:
- Look through the posts you've sent them
- Approve a post, or send it back for a rewrite with a comment explaining what needs to change
- Leave comments on specific posts they want to talk through
A client only ever sees their own portal. Not your other clients, not your internal notes, not anything you haven't explicitly shared.
What Say Less Office does not handle
Two things it doesn't do, so you don't expect them:
- Posts don't publish themselves. When a post is approved and it's time for it to go live, you still post it to Instagram, TikTok, or wherever it's going. Say Less Office is the planning and approval layer, not the publisher.
- DMs, comments, and replies on the social platforms stay on the social platforms. Say Less Office doesn't pull any of that into the workspace.
